Came in and got an oil change and air in my tires, the workers are great and kind and super helpful, I think his name was ronny, he was super helpful! Won't be going anywhere else!!

Came to this location for an oil change, the staff especially Ronny, Luis, Jose, Fred Andrew and Juan were super helpful and kind. They are like a big family and you can feel the Vibe that they have in their store. Very welcoming and warm. I won't be going anywhere else!

Headlight restoration!!! Could not have imagined that they could do such a wonderful job. I came here to get my headlights restored, and Manager Luis recommended. I waited until it was a sunny day. When I arrived here, Jose took my van in and restored complete vision of my headlights.

Very pleased with the professionalism and honesty of this location. I went in for an oil change and they looked at my oil and said it's still good. They could have taken my money anyway but chose to tell me to come back when the oil change was actually needed. I'll definitely be coming back.

My right brake light needed repair, and Fred and Andrew of jiffy lube of off Anza were incredibly helpful and professional. They took care of the job promptly and efficiently, and their customer service was exceptional. Our entire family has been coming to the RB/Torrance location for oil changes, but this was the first time I came to them to change my lightbulb. They did an amazing job, and I’m definitely going back for other services, not just our regular oil changes.

Luis is a hero! Totally made my day. I signed up for text coupons and was super excited because the coupon was awesome. Well if you think it is, it is. It didn't have a bar code so they couldn't use it [buyer beware on the text coupons]. ... Well he saw how bummed I was and he found me an even better one!! Holy cow... so awesome!!

Jose the assistant manager helped me out an was so amazing! He didn’t try to oversell me on anything or pressure me for anything other than what I was there for. Extremely professional and fast!

I love this place. The guys working there are very kind no matter what day/time I go. They're super fast too just like the name says, they're done in a Jiffy. Unlike other places, I never feel pressured to get unnecessary work done. It truly feels like they come from a place of genuine concern for your car's wellbeing when they suggest certain services. I bring both my and my girlfriend's car here and I will keep doing so.
