Great service!!

I am a regular client of jiffy lube located at Winchester road in Temecula they are pretty nice people , they take their time to explain everything to me about my car oil change but today I change locations and I went to the jiffy lube located at Rancho California in Temecula as well , what I noticed is that there’s new workers there but they’re also pretty good and respectful I got a oil change for my 2 cars and I got a good discount coupon which is really good for me because currently everything it’s very expensive I even called to different places to ask for oil change prices but I decided to stay with Jiffy Lube because they were that ones offering cheaper prices than the other places thank you so much for the coupons and the professional work, definitely I will continue coming back to get my cars an oil change.

Even though they were busy at the time, they still took me in, there was a little wait and under the circumstances it wasn’t that long. The girl(didn’t get her name but has a nice shade of reddish hair) she had assisted me was very helpful and made the process easy and quickly. This was my third visit since I moved here and will keep using their services, Thanks Jiffy lube!

If you want honest vehicle services, this is the place! Came here after a bad experience at another shop, and Nate and his crew took care of my SUV and reduced costs to me where they could. While waiting in the lobby, I overheard other customers sharing the similar positive experiences working with Nate and his team. It's hard to find trustworthy mechanics, but this place delivers! Service is great, price is reasonable. I have followed the same service manager (Nate) from store to store for the past several years. I toss him my keys and know the job will get done correctly.

Edit at the bottom. They made things right. I left my car there for an oil change, assuming they would give me a call when it was done since they took my number. They didn't, I came back, they were closed and my car was nowhere to be seen. Why did they not call me? Your guess is as good as mine. I've never really gone to Jiffy Lube. Looks like I never will again. Edit: So, they called me in the morning and let me know what happened. Long story short, it was a dumb mistake, and now I know to check before they close just in case instead of waiting on the call like I was. They were very generous and offered to just comp the oil change for the trouble. To be honest, if I wasn't there with a friend, I could've been stranded with a dead phone and no way to get back home, it could've been bad. Anyways, as unfortunate as the situation was, I can't fault them too much for it, and they were very nice about it...
