My experience at this store was great. Customer service was first rate. This store needs to give the store on Rancho California some lessons on how to treat customers. I originally went to Rancho California and I sat in my car for quite a while and no one acknowledged me and they just kept talking to each other ..I left and went to the Winchester store and the immediately welcomed me and performed all service in about 20 minutes and the continually kept me updated. Great job.

Jiffy Lube in Temecula on Winchester is always professional and willing to take our vehicle no matter how busy they are!

Went to this location because the usual location was busy. Fast service and detailed work. Thank you Chris for assisting me. Funny thing is Chris recognized my car from before. So it put me at ease being at a different location.

Went in to have tires rotated. I was suspected 2 of the tires needed replaced. Sure enough they did, they ordered them and got the new ones put on later that day. Great service along with respect. I paid have the price from other places

I started driving to head to LA for an event in the evening when my car started shaking, I pulled into jiffylube to figure out what was wrong. Chris and his colleague were super helpful in getting my car diagnosed and spark plugs replaced just in the nick of time for me to leave to LA for the event I had that evening.

Oil change and was suggested I needed a new battery. I was not told about how long my battery was warranties. I did had to call back to get this information

I was having issues starting my car and I tried to go to my normal place to get it looked at. They were crazy busy so I decided on going to Jiffy Lube. Nate was awesome on determining what the issue was and Don helped get a new battery in very quickly!
