I originally had an unpleasant experience with Dalton at the Jiffy Lube in Simi Valley, But he later rectified the situation. He apologized and made up for the previous encounter. I was pleasantly surprised with his positive attitude and wanting to make it right.

The guys at Jiffy lube are amazing. I took my Jeep in today and Dalton and Justice helped me out. Not only did they do a full oil change in under 10 minutes, they also gave me a service that I said I couldn't get at the time. I've been going here for over 5 years now and I will not go anywhere else. The guys really take care of their customers. Highly recommend their services.

The guys were so kind, professional and worked as a wonderful team. They checked everything and I felt like it was some of the best customer service I have had in a long time.

my maintenance light was on and I went in but apparently they said my oil was good and it was full and clean and I did not need an oil change so they chose not to charge me even though I'm sure they could've because I probably would've fell for it so anyway they're honest and I appreciate that so I will definitely be back when I do actually need an oil change ??

Best place for car service I will definitely come back. I did my oil change yesterday and Carlos and team treated me so professionally. They didn’t try to sell me anything and gave detailed instructions on what next needs to be done. Thank you guys
