Very quick

It was fast and simple to get the oil changed

Oil change, filter change and diagnostics. These guys are pros. They didn't waste my time. They told me they could probably fix my pickup but recommended going to a full service shop and made good recommendations.

I had no appointment and they got in and out in 15 minutes or so. Very polite and professional.

I am a return customer because this Jiffy Lube does an excellent job and their customer service is great.

Quick service and good documentation on invoice. I just thought the price was a bit high. They said they no longer carry conventional oil for my 2004 Chevy Tahoe, so i had to buy the 'synthetic blend' motor oil at 9.99/qt , which to me seemed like it was more expensive than last time I had my oil changed. I haven't compared the labor costs to last time, but the labor just for the oil change this time was $56.04. The total price i paid for an oil change (6 qts + filter) seemed to me about twice as much as it should cost.

As I drove-in the manager (Thomas) greeted me warmly. He was very patient and respectful while I was having difficulties with my phone scanner via their kiosk application. His staff was very thorough and polite. 5 Stars ??????????

Staff and services was professional and patient. It took me a minute to figure out the new onboarding system, but the assistant helped me. The work was discussed including price and why it was needed.

I continue to go to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed, they do a great job always. There is usually no waiting and the employees are always friendly and helpful. I love ?? how you can go to Jiffy Lube in between oil changes and they will check all your fluids. Thank you Jiffy Lube Martie Tuftee

These guys were great.

We got in right away, and they were efficient, thorough and knowledgable. I had my newborn with me and the team even helped by offering to throw away a dirty diaper for me! Best customer service ever.
