Jiffy Lube on Upper State is the best company! They totally helped me with a problem with my 4Runner. They were so professional and went out of their way to be fair and to have excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!!

I went in for an oil change on a Saturday and it was super quick and easy. I remembered that I also wanted to get the spark plugs replaced and they were able to get that done all in a couple hours the following day. I saved $150 getting the spark plugs replaced at Jiffy Lube instead of the mechanic that had given me a quote for the same service. Everyone was friendly and were transparent about what parts/oil they were using and why. I will definitely be coming back to get more maintenance done!

Needed an oil change with synthetic oil and wasn’t able to go to my appointment at the dealer. I was beyond pleased at the customer service, their management of their workflow and their execution of my requested service. I’m happy and my car is too.

Everyone took their time to get to the bottom of what was going on with my car (it was something to do with my spark plugs/fuel injectors/ignition coil covers). They charged a very fair price and seemed to take their time to do a very thorough diagnostic. Their customer service was very professional, courteous, and succinct!

Jiffy Lube on upper State Street got me in right away with no appointment and the entire service took about ten minutes! The people who work there were very pleasant and I was happy to sit in the air conditioned office. I had an oil change and they changed my air filter, refilled fluids, etc. I was able to use a $25.00 coupon – there’s many on their website. I have been here many times before and the service is always impressive. I might have saved a little money by going to a different mechanic nearby, but that was an hour wait and they make people sit in their cars, so this was a great choice.

I was on a road trip and got a flat tire. They were able to take us right away on a Sunday morning. It turns out the flat was not repairable and we needed a new tire. They worked directly with the rental car company and we were on the road again in a little over an hour! I could not recommend the team here more!
