Christin went above and beyond in servicing my car car at and even started late after the shop closed to help me with my vehicles tire issue on Sunday July 12th at 5pm. Thank you to the service team!

Christian was really helpful in identifying a problem with an oil leak my car was having. He called me with the diagnosis and sent me pictures so I could see for myself. He spoke with my mechanic afterwards and did not charge me for any of the diagnostics he and his team performed or the oil top off. Great service!

Oil change.

It was last Saturday morning 6/13/26, I was from out of town and got a nail in my tire. This was the 4th garage I had gone to, and it was only 9:30am. The shop was really busy, but they were able to help me get it fixed and I was able to enjoy the rest of the weekend. A wonderful team on mechanics with great attitudes, pleasant and a willingness to help me. Kudos to a great bunch!

I had the best experience I have ever had getting my oil changed. The staff, from the in-take person to the ground crew all was performed at the hight of professionalism and thoughtfulness. i am not exaggerating. I have already recommended this Jiffy Lube at Casillo and Carrillo in Santa Barbara to two other people. Congratulations at running such a fine business. All you guys are totally great. Thank you for a job so well done.

Every employee at this JL was very friendly and personable. I work customer service so I know it can be tough, but everyone was patient and made me feel welcome. No one tried to push extra services or made me feel dumb for asking questions. I felt safe and valued, and as a young woman who knows about 3 things about cars total, that's so important.

I had fantastic service from Juliana & Isaac. The entire team was amazing and it was a pleasure to be able to trust their opinions! Next time I am in Santa Barbara and need this service I will be sure to stop by! Thank you!!

These services professionals go out of their way to create honest relationships and get to know the needs of their customers. Heather was outstanding, helping me understand why a 2024 MB would need a smog test. But that’s the law in CA, so even though I had to pay $65, because the team so so nice I didn’t mind at all.
