Fast and efficient!

10 times better than Danville location, this was a professional experience

I took my BMW X5 in today for brake pads as my monitor sent a message to do so. I was fortunate to have worked with a gentleman by the name of Rad. After inspecting the brake pads, he determined the system was never reset so the monitor indicator was incorrect. He had a difficult time resetting the system and had to put the car on the rack. With persistence, the setting was updated. He was thoughtful, professional, and honest and saved me a lot of money. Great place to do business. I will be back.

Prices are not compétitive, but otherwise ok

I wanted to have my 90k service plus brakes done, but didn’t want to pay the $1,000+ dealership price. I called ahead and there was no wait so I turned my car in. I was pleasantly greeted by Justin and he made some sound recommendations for my vehicle, then mentioned his manager could give me a quote inside, and asked if he could open my door for me. My wheel lock key was in my trunk and they asked for permission to open my trunk to retrieve it. Definitely a great first impression that they respect their customers, and I immediately felt like I made the right decision coming to Jiffy Lube. I expressed that I needed my car back by a certain time to pick up my daughter, so Adrian (the manager) had all hands on deck so I could have my car back on time. Adrian also let me know which fluids and brakes on my car were still OK and didn’t need servicing - definitely shows honesty and integrity. The service lasted a little longer than I anticipated, however the team communicated their status so I wasn’t upset at all. It was a rainy, cold day, and the Jiffy Lube team was very professional and gave service with a smile, given the elements. There’s truly a vibe that this team loves what they do and are happy. You don’t see that very often nowadays! HUGE THANK YOU to Adrian C, Justin M, and Keith F.!!! Keep up the great work that you do!

Good service. Short wait time this visit. But they don't have conventional oil anymore, only synthetic. And I've tried more than 3 times with 2 vehicles to get conventional. I had to get the more costly synthetic oil.

Friendly and took care of my vehicle needs. Had me on my way in less than 30 minutes! With my busy schedule they helped me get back to my list of things to do!

I just want to respond to one Mark Wiseman. the BAR (bureau of automotive repair) requires that any auto shop collect the customers address. They also need this and a phone number for credit card processing. I don’t know why they didn’t get it before, but it’s not their choice to get it. Email they don’t need however.

Said there was no wait… made me sit for 20 minutes before taking my car in. Else, quick and easy service.

Just got my Chevy Tahoes oil changed here today. The 2 guys that helped me were very nice and friendly and helpful. They got my oil changed in about 20-30 minutes. Would definitely recommend and will be back! Thank you

Antonio was very prompt and did the transmission drain & fill quickly as I requested. I was debating to do the oil change also and he added it on the order but then discussed further that maybe I didn't need that. So it saved me some money.
