Welcoming, efficient, honest service. No upsell on unnecessary services, yet reminders are services that were needed. At 3PM I was quoted 25 minutes for total wait and service time. When tire rotation was added, and additional 10 minutes was added. Total quoted time 35 minutes. Total actual time was right around that! Services: Synthetic Oil Change and Tire Rotation.

I had such a great experience at the oil change place, and Cathy did an amazing job! She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy.You can tell she really cares about providing great customer service. I definitely recommend asking for Cathy if you come in , you won’t be disappointed! ??????????

Thank you for taking good care of my Outback Subaru today. Daniel was a great help and because I had brought a previous invoice he explained what I needed and what I didn’t. He was very knowledgeable and they had a great team of people that worked together to get me in and out of there in a very short time. A couple of weeks ago I saw Winfred working here again; it's always a pleasure to see technicians like him providing good service.

They were fairly priced, prompt, checked tire pressure and air filter and brought our car to us when done. We were out of there in 15 minutes.

Great experience melinda was very helpfull on such a tight budget and still managed to give me the services I needed All right, I sent that. Thank you.

Really fast, thorough and professional. There are two young ladies that serviced my car and they did the BEST work on my car I’ve had at any jiffy lube I’ve been to. Hands down!

I needed a ride share vehicle inspection to avoid temporary deactivation. Called at 6:40p to see if can get inspection done before they closed at 7p. I was approximately 12 mins away and they said they would be able to accommodate. Arrived at 6:55p and (with a smile on their faces) successfully was able to get the car inspected and approved. THANK YOU to Melinda and the team; you guys rock! I really appreciated it. Other locations should learn from you.

I came in because my car was leaking oil. Chandler helped me out and he was super accommodating and was honest which can be hard to find when getting things fixed with your car. He even cleaned my headlights while I was waiting. This is my favorite jiffy lube in San Diego county.
