By Gods grace, I was passing near by Jiffy lube, heading home that is 5 hours away, on completely wasted breaks. They were making load scratching noise. Rafael and Joseph saved the day today. 5 star service and price. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Rafa and Kory were very friendly and heplful. They recommended new tires which was needed. I called my dealer for a quote and Jiffy lube was about $100 less for same quality. They were quick and so easy to work with.

Andy at the San Luis Obispo location is great! He made sure that the specific oil for my European vehicle was in stock and done the right way. I appreciate his thorough work and care for my vehicle.

Excellent customer service. I arrived and was busy. My truck got sent in right away. Someone noticed my truck was placed in ahead of someone waiting. I watched as they explained to the customer their mistake, my truck would wait and they would allow him to go first. Was very impressed by the customer service and kindness given to everyone there. Courteous is definitely the word! They tended to me quite well, & even double checked their automated system thing I had to use to make sure everything was cool. & to get my fluid changed cost me quite a bit less here than other spots.
