Everyone was really great and very nice. Thorough but also moved quickly.

I went here for a new tire and oil change. Thorough, fast, and very kind staff!

Quick and efficient. Everyone was friendly and explained what needed to be done.

The service techs were professional, friendly, fast, and most importantly, low pressure on upsells. That’s huge to me when all I want is an oil change.

Courteous is definitely the word! They tended to me quite well, & even double checked their automated system thing I had to use to make sure everything was cool. & to get my fluid changed cost me quite a bit less here than other spots.

All of the men working today we’re very Professional and kind. It’s the best group they’ve had.

Higuera location is always professional and efficient!

The jiffy lube on Higuera st was great. Everyone was very welcoming and answered any questions I had about my vehicle. Steven helped me out with getting an inspection done. He was very positive, and genuinely cared about making sure my vehicle was safe and ready to go. The service was quick and easy. Very much recommend this location!!

New electronic check-in is efficient and easy to navigate. The staff make sure however to continue personal customer service - so you still feel attended to. They were efficient and friendly.

Yesterday we stopped in to Jiffy Lube in SLO on Higuera and the guy who helped us was very professional and friendly and immediately tended to what we needed. It was a simple fix but he treated it as though it was just as important as any other service. Thank You! We appreciated your help!

Friendly service but was understaffed at the time; was told 45 minutes but took over an hour. Staff apologized for delay and my impression was that they were doing their best.

Always worth the time to help prolong the life of the car between full maintenance milestones.
