Everyone was informative and friendly. Overall oil change service was great.

Made an appointment and despite all the drop ins, they stayed within the 45 minutes

Went here for a smog check. Didn't pass the first time and one of the employees write done the part i needed to buy and told me how to fix it myself. Appreciated that! I came back after fixing it and the car passed the smog check. They all were so nice and fast. I enjoy going to this jiffylube

So, guys, I had this situation with this shop. Let me put it this way: they are either a bit overworked, tired, or really panicking, but they nitpick at absolutely everything. Like, if you go to this shop, even if your car is in great shape, they will find tons of issues. And those issues are real, not imaginary. But, how to say… Basically, they just want your car to be perfect. At first, I gave them one star because, to be honest, it annoyed me a little. But if you dig deeper—yes, this means that if you listen to them, you’ll actually have a perfect car. Everything happens for the best, so I guess I need to make my car perfect. Next time, when I go somewhere, they’ll look and say: “Wow, you have a perfect car!” Now, you don’t owe us anything. But as a Jiffy Lube customer, I’ve been with them for the past 10 years. As a Jiffy Lube customer, I will probably look for another shop to build a relationship with. I get it, but when people act just… I don’t even know how to explain it. I came with a car—yes, my car is not from 2026—but they want the car in perfect condition. So, I don’t know. It seems they just want to drain money so you spend on all sorts of expenses. That might be it. But, well, it is what it is. It means that’s how it should be. I’m not complaining. Thank you, guys. Yes, I will put on new tires—mine are still under warranty—so everything will be fine. Thanks again. I’m removing one star and giving them five stars. I’ll give them five stars only because of their thoroughness. Because they’re meticulous—oh, you should have new tires, you should have this new, you should have new wipers. I say, “Guys, my tires are under warranty!” “No, they should be new.” Well, fine, I’ll put on new tires. Thank you very much. I’m giving these guys five stars.

Excellent service

I'm so pleased I was 3 1/3 hours from home I had a maintenance light come on I was so grateful to find Jiffy Lube openon a Sunday the two guys there are amazing honest transparent. They got me back on the road so fast. I got an oil an transmission change I finished my day at pismo beach even though it was pouring rain I drove home safely. BIG THANKS!!
