Needed a smog check for my registration and this place was on the way. Pulled in on a Monday afternoon, no wait. Guy at the counter named Dave was straightforward, explained what they'd do. Took about 30 minutes total

I had a good experience here with the help from Eduardo. He helped me the moment I got out of the car and told me that he already found my car in the system, all I needed to do was to leave the key and sign in the waiting room. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Eduardo applied a discount and gave me good advice on the tires, which I really appreciated.

The Stevens Creek store has an amazing staff and outstanding service! It's always a pleasant experience when getting my vehicle serviced at this Jiffy Lube. I am impressed more with each visit on their customer service as well as the amount of services available other than just oil changes.

Have to give a shout out to Oscar who always goes over and beyond his job to give very good customer service to me every time i show up and makes me feel comfortable to come back with my business again. i’ve been going to the store for quite some time many years and there’s never been a doubt to where i don’t wanna come back again. He’s always made me feel so comfortable and has taken care of all my customer service needs and taking care of my car and always makes me feel like i can always bring my business back to him and trust him with all of my trust because he is so awesome with customer service ?????? Carlos at the desk was diligent and Joshua came in and gave me a report on my car .The services were not time consuming at all well I had some pizza a couple establishments down the street.

Needed an oil change done today and I came in with a coupon that didn't work but was provided with alternatives for an affordable price. Eduardo helped with kindness, professionalism and efficiency. I was out the door within the hour. (I arrived close to opening Saturday morning)
