Great customer service

I went in to take my wife’s car for its periodic oil change. As per usual, that service was conducted with the same level of professionalism I’m accustomed to. This trip, however, came with some unforeseen complications. As soon as I pulled in, the technician noticed that my car smelled like coolant and asked if I had a leak. I answered that it had just been filled. The situation could’ve ended there, instead the techs did their due diligence and kept looking at it to ensure that there was no greater issue. That is when they discovered that the reservoir was damaged. The coolant that had just been replaced earlier in the morning had already drained. Jiffy Lube in IB took care of the repair, gave me an oil change, refilled my fluids, and even took care of a low tire. At every juncture they ensured to thoroughly explain everything to me. I am beyond pleased with the service I received there. Best Jiffy Lube experience.
