I can’t say enough about how professional, efficient, and kind the entire team is at the Rosecrans St location. I’ve come here many times now over the last 6 years to either get an oil change or get my oil topped off and I’m impressed with their fast service and attention to detail every single time. Today I only needed my oil topped off, which they did for free. They also went as far as to check all of my tire pressures and refill my windshield washer fluid free of charge! Grade a service all the way! If you Live in San Diego and you’re not getting your car serviced here then you are missing out. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!??????????

The guys at jiffy lube are great Billy Samuel Adrian really the whole team there always greeted professionally everytime oil change cabin filter and air filter all done in 20 mintues, they also have a big screen TV and chairs for waiting cheers to the whole team , I stay away from the dealerships not for the price but the servicie really here at jiffy lube is at another level of professionalism

Today I went to see Mario and Anthony. they put in a new battery and topped off my fluids, gave me A quart of oil and antifreeze. They did a great job reasonable price even gave me 10% off.. I will be A returned customer, awesome so impressed. Thank you for taking care of us today. many blessings

This Jiffy Lube location is tried and true. I have never had a bad experience or left feeling less than satisfied. They never push for unnecessary expenses and are always so nice. I had an exceptional experience with Adrian this morning. He helped wrap up my service and was very nice. He opened my car door, complimented me and helped me apply a coupon. Like Adrian, the rest of the staff has always treated me very well. I highly recommend this location.

Jiffy Lube~ Rosecrans St. Pt Loma San Diego is the best! I drove in this morning to get an oil change on my Lexus RX350. Supervisor Billy and technician Sam were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. First and foremost you stay in your car. You can see pretty much everything that is going on with the technician. Quick, efficient, and a decent value. Highly recommend this place for your next oil change and car service needs.

Quick oil change, and great customer service

I got my oil changed here a few months ago and for some reason I still remember how hard I was laughing with one of the workers at the register. The service was great and fast as well but when I think back about this place I keep remembering laughing really hard and I don’t even know what it was about. Thanks for the good laugh. Great place to go to for car stuff.
