Exellent customer service.

The gentleman was nice and it took only 15 min in total. $118 for oil and filter..ugh...that's just normal I guess if you don't bdonit yourself. I would go back.

Super awesome crew! They were fast and I was able to just drive thru that was awsome.

After a long drive from Victorville, I had made an appointment elsewhere for a $40 oil change if I arrived by 5 PM. Unfortunately, when I got there, they chose not to honor my appointment, which was really disappointing after a 50-minute drive. Not wanting to risk the drive home on old oil, I searched for whoever was still open nearby and found this Jiffy Lube — and I’m so glad I did. Chris was amazing! He greeted me with a warm smile, got me right in, and had everything taken care of in about 15–20 minutes. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for.Matt came in toward the end and was just as friendly and professional. (I truly hope i did not mix their names up, this was a week and a half ago) They both showed so much kindness to my Lily Pad, which truly meant the world to me.Yes, it ended up costing more than I had planned, but the honesty, professionalism, and genuine compassion made it completely worth it. Huge thanks to Chris (and Matt) for turning a stressful day into a positive one — I might just make the drive all the way back here for customer service like that!

First time visit for an oil change with no appointment and we were greeted and taken care of immediately. Andre at the cashier desk is full of positive energy as well as the technicians. Great customer service from everyone!

Anthony the manager is very knowledgeable about the maintenance of your vehicle and for that he deserves 5 stars not too many people look out for your vehicles maintenance well being

I went in for an oil change, tail light replacement and wiper blades replacement. The service technician Anthony showed me the before and after showing my Hyundai was burning oil turning into sludge. He recommended an additive to unclog it. He topped my windshield fluid off without asking and also recommended we check the a/c filter. That thing definitely needed a change. She showed me all the before and after which instilled confidence in his service. Before leaving he made sure all my tired were at the right air pressure. I have been to other jiffy lubes but not to one where they go above and beyond as this. Pay them a visit in location! I know I'll be coming back!

$104 after tax and with 15% coupon for full synthetic oil change on my '07 Toyota Highlander. Took maybe 30-45 minutes total with someone ahead of me and only one guy on staff (that I could see) Update 06/14/2025 Lexus GS350 awd arrived 12 minutes before closing they still squeezed me in and out on time. Full synthetic oil change with 15% coupon was $137.06 (a little extra because 6.8 quarts)

They were amazing! I was in and out in 20 minutes, they did my oil change, my filters and everything! I had always gone to Honda but it was much faster here and I highly recommend! I got there at 9:00 A.M.

Super lovely staff and extremely quick for an oil change! Only reason I’m putting four stars is cause when I drove off my tires were inflated to 50 psi (they’re normally at 32 and was at 34 when I arrived) and it scared me lol I’ll be back!

I have always taken my car here for oil changes. The service is quick, the mechanics are polite, there is no pressure to purchase extra services. They are always open to accept coupons with no hassle. I took my 2010 Nitro in for and oil change today, and was pleased with service and especially getting out of there quickly.
