This is my second time receiving service here. I came because I received a coupon in the mail for $35 off a synthetic oil change (what great timing!). I arrived today shortly before 8:30 a.m. and I was out shortly before 9:00 a.m. I received my oil change and an engine clean ($20). I stood in the lobby area and watched them work through the lobby window (I love watching stuff like this). Dylan and Jose checked a few things with me regarding my car (and I appreciate receiving a printed sheet with details regarding what was checked and the status of each item). I paid and then boom, I was off to continue my morning. Quick, efficient, professional and friendly. I'd like to visit a few more times to check for consistency ~ but I think this may be my go-to location.

The staff was friendly and not overly pushy with upsells, though they did recommend a few additional services based on my vehicle’s condition. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the short wait more pleasant.

I went 1st to a well known shop and they told me 5hours wait and then they would close..so i remembered Jiffy Lube..went to them never got out of the car and was done with all fluids and tires checked..the whole service took 25min and that was having 3 before me..yep im back

Service was quick, thank you. Jiffy Lube used to lift the hood and show oil level on dipstick and ensure all caps are tightened, but not anymore. This was a nice CX for patrons. Miss this.

They take the time to listen, answer questions patiently. They genuinely care about providing a great experience. This place is definitely worth recommending for those who look for good supportive staff and good service.
