After a trying day, I came to your Florin Road Jiffy Lube and was met by most friendly faces- first Jayden, then Stanley. They were professional, efficient, and sensed my need to be helped in getting my oil changed. There was a palpable amount of understanding and care above the simple oil change and they were a catalyst in improving my outlook as I was coming to the close of my day. (A young female employee smiled as she anticipated my need for assurance in knowing all would be well with my oil change.) Imagine a simple service could elicit such an impact with a customer! Please give them your highest rating....and thanks, again, from a returning customer.

Quick and easy. Good welcoming people! Great affordable price just took my Audi a4 2017 in. Running back like a champ.

It was satisfied with the service as it was fast. The only issue was the attendant spilled oil on the engine because he simply wasn't paying attention. I saw it while sitting in the waiting room and I understand this happens sometimes but I would have appreciated being told so I would understand when I see white smoke when I start my car. Again service was fine, just be more attentive.

Great services and professional advices, no pressure to buy additional add-ons. I had them replaced the backup light after they informed me it was not functioning.

Best jiffy lube in Sacramento, I've been coming to them for years and every time it seems like they get faster and faster. They have a big parking area too. It's not all tight like all the other oil change shops. They take care of all my vehicles needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else unless I was out of town.
