Spencer at the downtown Sacramento Jiffy Lube gave great customer service and did a great job at the front counter explaining the breakdown of all services completed to my car. Spencer has the personality more employees should try to emulate. Great service all around.

This location is not far from my house. I went one hour before closer. The employees were fast, friendly, and made sure I understood the answers to my questions. Will be going back regularly.

I very impressed with the customer service provided by Jayden F. He was kind, friendly and quite the gentleman. He is one of those young men that you know is going somewhere in this life. The front office staff member (I didn’t get her name) was so super knowledgeable about cars she was helping a customer understand how his vehicle was having to overuse its catalytic converter (I don’t know the details but I do know the customer was completely blown away by her extreme knowledge-very impressive!) This Jiffy Lube location has done a tremendous job hiring some pretty amazing people. Hats off to management for setting high expectations. My experience today will be the reason I will return to THIS JiffyLube location.. and I live an hour away!

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They make recommendations but never push for you to have any particular service. I find it often a much better experience than going to a dealership for service and a lot less expensive.

My Grandma went to another oil change facility after leaving we saw smoke coming from under the hood so we stopped at this Jiffy Lube. We were in a panic. Rob spoke to us & told us not to worry & said that he would take a look at it for free. After looking at our car Rob showed us a picturee of the oil cap missing. Rob said they found it on the engine. Rob said that they would clean up the oil free. We did not trust the other places work so we just had him do another oil change. I just wanted to say Rob was great calmed us down & was just a nice guy that you could tell cared. I wish there were more people like this. He deserves recognition. For now on my family will only go to this Jiffy Lube. Thank you for the great customer service ??
