Best staff iv seen at any jiffy lube

My hats off to these guys. I showed up for an oil change and to get my headlights changed. The oil change went really smooth. I was very impressed by there team work and communication with each other. Ray was great he kept me informed about price and showed me the oil to insure I was satisfied with their work. Getting my headlights changed was a bit more of a hassle than Jose the manager originally thought. What called for an hour job ended up taking Jose and Cody almost two hours. No fault to these guys, I looked the job up online and that is exactly how long every YouTube video said it would take. Jose stuck to his word and still only charged me for an hour worth of work, despite it taking him and Cody two hours. These two guys were amazing they had to nearly remove my entire front end. I even joked with them and said dang you had to remove everything except the motor to get to these lights. I actually had suggested for them to go ahead and put it back together but they never gave up. To be honest, I was a bit hesitant to go to a jiffy lube instead of the dealer. I have heard bad things about jiffy lube in the past. To be honest The Who staff at the Rosamond jiffy lube had treated me with more respect than any dealership has ever treated me. The Rosamond jiffy lube team has more than earned my confidence and trust.

This location was an experience. The gentlemen were so nice. The work was quality and quick. The vibe was exactly my style. I felt comfort every second. Especially because this car means so much to me my mom died last year And she left me her car so it is very special to me and they treated it with such Love . Not only did I get my car serviced they also vacuumed and washed my windows like what?! I was so impressed. I will definitely be returning!

I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and I will definitely be back in 7500 miles. Thanks!

These guys are the best, always fast, friendly, efficient.

This place was amazing. Didn't know they did more than oil changes. Had some last minute maintenance that they were able to handle like pros. They were able to replace a bent strut and change my rotors and brake pads. Big shout out to Miguel and Iris.

I want to thank the entire crew at the Rosamond California Jiffy lube. There customer service and work was excellent. In the heat they kept a smile , they were given the wrong parts for my brakes and kept us in the loop apologizing profusely for the delay. They asked me to write me to write a review on My husband and I were on the road and on our way back to Tennessee. Thank you to the team at Jiffy Lube.

Everyone was very attentive and let me know about all that was being done on my car and what problems were there too.

The wait was long but they kept me updated and were friendly and understanding. I appreciate them and the hard work they did and do.

Went in because I had an oil leak. They found the problem and after they initially fixed it, it started leaking again. Upon returning they then realized it was because something didn’t seal properly and they fixed it again and I’ve had no issues since. Everyone was very nice during the whole process and i appreciate that they clean the windows. The price for it getting fixed and the oil change was decent as well.

The crew there in ROSAMOND California was very helpful. They went over and beyond., other than oil change. I had a goher underneath my car. They did a awesome job with the animal stuck underneath my car. Thank you guys.

Great service today!!! And very good customer service their energy is up and good vibes there. They took their time answering my questions even though it probably sounded everywhere lol but still took their time with me and I love that. Two thumbs up. Oh by the way if they don’t have the part they will go to an auto store and get that part right then and there. Ps, I got a tune up and my car runs smooth like a baby butt. No cap.

I love Jiffy Lube! They truly can do just about anything and everyone is very nice! Jose V. is very helpful and knowledgeable and Don (I think that was his name) was really kind with helping me move my car. Also Tony was very very funny and helped make my day a little brighter ?? Over all, everyone there is really nice and I always recommend people to go there, it's kinda wild how slept on they are. Anyways, AWESOME JOB!

I had some issues with my car ranging from brakes , tires and a check engine light. I initially took my car to the dealership to see if i could take care of the issues there. Upon taking it to the dealership they basically told me everything needed replacing and the cost they wanted to do the work was absolutely astronomical. Enter Jiffy Lube. I called and Cody told me to bring in my car and they would take a look. I pulled in and expected the worst . After they looked it over they told me there were a few issues but that the situation wasn’t nearly as dire as the dealership tried to paint it to be . They took the time to explain why something needed to be replaced and absolutely did not try to upsell me or use my lack of knowledge against me. They had extremely reasonable prices and answered every single question I had ( and I had ALOT) . In summary : Joe, Cody, Row, Tony and wade Thankyou so much for making this experience so easy and downright enjoyable. I left with not only all my car problems fixed but with a better understanding on how my car runs which is invaluable to me.

I went in for an oil change both the guys who helped me were AMAZING they were extremely friendly and polite. They deserve a raise. I will definitely be returning next time I need some help with my car

This place has always been great to me. It is a small location, and yes, sometimes the wait is a bit long, but the people there are cool to deal with. It's a nice local vibe and very helpful. I have been taking my work truck there for 4 years. I drive crazy miles, so each oil change is every 5 to 7 weeks, so I see them pretty regularly. They have always done a great job, they inform you what is due for changing and what isn't, they show you the part that is recommended and why, if it isn't they won't push it.....so my experience here has been a good one. I have been to some of the bigger Jiffy Lubes through California, and they push you through quickly, don't explain what they are doing, and are not very personable. In fact, I got my oil change closer to home, and they forgot to tighten the oil plug and did not put on the fill cap. These guys replaced the cap and fixed everything. Just got an oil change today took 15 minutes and they did a great job Another oil change. Right in and complete in 25 minutes. Great job
