Very professional and pleasant.

I went in for a transmission flush and fill. I was quoted $180. Agreed to the price went to the waiting room La came in and asked me are you sure you want to do this. The manager and her and two others said the fluid all looked and smelled fine they would not do it if it were theirs. Shout out to La, Will, Robert, and Mike, this will bring me and all of the others that were in the waiting room and saw this interaction back for future service.

You guys rock!!! Quick and easy very polite. I will always come back. I have been coming to this location on cypress since I was a kid

Excellent customer service all the way!!! The manager was very helpful. We came in with an urgent situation with our motorhome while we were traveling, the manager guided us in to the stall , which was a tight squeeze with no problems. They were able to help us right away and get us back on the road with a very minimal delay. Thanks again for the Help and Kindness and Professionalism.

They were open on a Sunday. I got right in, they were very professional, nice waiting area, and not a long wait.

Im new here in Redding and I pulled up n they were so great. Customer service was on point. Answered all my stupid questions and taught me a few things I didn't know . They were fast and thorough and I'll surely be going back when my next oil change is due.

Always my favorite place to come and get my car maintenance effectively. Everyone be is professional, helpful and attentive. Cost are reasonable and make sure you ask for any discounts or special a little goes along way.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The service was fast, professional, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated that there was absolutely no sales pressure. They pointed out a few items to keep an eye on in the future, but never tried to make me feel obligated to purchase additional services. The cashier was especially kind and welcoming, which made the entire visit even more pleasant. It’s refreshing to find an automotive service center that is efficient, honest, and focused on good customer service. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance.

Fast, easy and professional. Don’t waste your time at premier when you have a better option for service. The workers are kind and courteous, clearly appreciate where they work and who they work for.

I always take my car to the jiffylube,on cypress. The staff there is so helpful and efficient. Even though I could take my car anywhere, I prefer going there. They get the job done and their prices are so reasonable.

Crew was friendly and seemed thorough. Got a $15 coupon online that they gladly accepted. Reason for 4 stars was because it did take longer than expected. (Around 40 minutes). But they did not seem to over sell additional options which I did appreciate.

I had a great experience getting my oil changed here. Robert and La were friendly, professional, and had me in and out quickly. La explained everything clearly, checked my vehicle thoroughly, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and would recommend them to anyone needing an oil change.

Shout out to servicemen, Robert, for explaining all services covered and I’d also like to shout out La, she was the one who helped me check out and was very friendly in going over everything that was serviced and other promotions they offer. Will definitely be back!

I appreciate the time the technician takes to show me the cabin filter, show the clean oil, and they have not pushed other services.

Amazing customer service!

They vacuumed my car without asking and gave me an oversized oil plug without charging me. Also gave me a $10 discount. Great service at a good price.
