Jared and his team on Cypress are hands down the best in town! They always go above and beyond, look over everything in your car that most places don't, and exceptional customer service while getting you out as fast as possible. Highly recommend this place and the only place I trust my car, you want people who will go above and beyond

Super fast service with friendly, knowledgeable staff. The woman who greeted me was at my vehicle in under a minute when I pulled up. She explained everything in detail at check in and check out. I was back on the road in about 20 minutes door to door. Great experience!

It had been awhile since I had been to a Jiffy Lube for an oil change and I admit I was impressed. Everything was 5 star from the waiting room with free drinks to the staff who were professional in every way. I was out in under 15 minutes,I shall return.

I recently moved to Redding. Was sad I was leaving behind all of my connections. Because I had not yet found a new place for oil change, I would wait until I was near Sacramento and go to my old place. I could not go any longer so had to get my oil change in Redding. Saw a sign said 15 minute oil change so I thought well at least it won’t take long. At 73 years old I can honestly say it was the most professional, efficient and friendly place I have ever had an oil change. This is great, I know people who complain a lot are always filling out surveys. Since I was unusually satisfied, I better take the time to tell others! Jerry

Everyone was so nice, everything went smoothly and I was in and out within 30 mins!!

I went in for a simple oil change and they asked me about my turn signal not working and it reminded me I had purchased an extra bulb. And since I had that bulb in my glove box they cheerfully said to me they would put it in. Same thing with some windshield wipers I had been intending to install. They helped me get the best price that was available with coupons. Their attitude was super professional and I will probably start having all my oil changes down there even though I don't live in Redding. Thank you!

The guy who manages this place, Jared, is AWESOME. We came through with a truck and travel trailer, and immediately he helped to make sure we had clearance and that we were in the correct lane. He was ON IT and super capable. He seems to enjoy what he does, too. We genuinely ENJOYED coming here, as funny as it sounds. They seemed to move everybody through reasonably quickly, too. 100% recommend. First chain auto place that I can say that about.

The east cypress location recently helped me with an oil change, and some new air filters! The staff was super kind and helpful! I also appreciated the Pepsi in the waiting area, that’s a nice touch.

Fast, efficient, polite, professional experience at Jiffy Lube on Hartnell. We pulled up, the service manager came out, scanned our VIN number to obtain our Highlander service record and quickly changed the oil and flushed the radiator. Just a short wait and we were back on the road in no time. Very convenient.

I was there to get an oil change and the very nice young lady offered to clean my headlites..and for a small price she did an excellent job and my headlights are much brighter now!! Very good service..and reasonable prices..La was who helped me and she did an excellent job on explaining everything to me .. I would definitely recommend this place.Very professional and a great experience.

Hard working crew

After faithfully taking my truck to Jiffy Lube on Pine Street in Redding, I was saddened to see it had closed. Posted on the door was a personal handwritten note explaining the manager that I appreciated, had moved to the Hartnell Ave location. Pulling up to Hartnell JL, I was thrilled to receive the same care and customer service I was familiar with. I get to build on my relationship in a location new to me and my truck. Thank you.
