Went for a smog check was pretty straight forward no issues, as I waited they were dealing with others explaining what they needed and what would be the best thing to do and kept keeping them up to date with the situation with their vehicle

Excellent service. Informed me of all services needed on my tacoma, but they didnt push anything on me in any way. Performed the services, correctly, in a timely manner, and with a smile on their faces!

Good quick service for oil changes. Relatively affordable. And open on a Saturday, which is a plus for us 8-5 work week types. They even let me know I had a light bulb out and replaced it for me during the oil change.

Fast and easy process ??

After doing my own oil for years I decided to go back and see if the prices were actually lower. I took both cars in and the prices were much lower. They checked everything and didn't try to upsell me too much on a bunch of other stuff. It was actually a pretty good oil change experience.

The oil change was great. The gentleman also said something about 35 percent on the tires. Well we had a blow out in Oregon about 5 hours later. Luckily we were on a straight part of the highway. Not his fault just weird

The Jiffy Lube in Red Bluff is a excellent place to get your oil changed. They greeted me as I drove up. Invited me to have to have a soda and explain the process. They did not try to upsell their products. They were quick and efficient and treated me with courtesy. Thank you guys at Jiffy Lube you're an awesome group. I will return.

Great customer service everytime I go in manager mike at division 2803 keeps things clean and sharp. All the guys are in full detail with accessing the vehicle for proper fill ups. Great communication when vehicle goes in and out of the bay that’s positive with me insuring that safety is there number 1 concern. Great jobs guys I will be referring all my friends. Keep up the good work guys we do notice

Great friendly service!! I went in one day and they just put air in my tires for free and they were super nice. So I went back for full service and they are my new go to!

I have been using Jiffy Lube for 10+ years and have always been very happy with the services and especially with alll the employees. Sunday visit for an oil change. Both Jacob and co-worker were very courteous. I was thrilled to find cold beverages, a clean bathroom and well maintained common ground to wait outside, or have the option for AC in the office. Thanks for making my challenging project a more comfortable experience.
