Amazing service! Julio was the best—he definitely knew what he was doing and handled everything with a graceful smile. Overall, it was a great experience. The only downside (and the reason for one missing star) was Sarah. As soon as I drove in, she ignored me as she used her phone.When I was finally acknowledged she guided me in with her phone to her ear (very dismissively and rather rude) giving off an overall "can't-do" attitude. Thankfully, Julio stepped in and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be back and hope to see Julio again. Thank you for making the experience a positive one!

My visit to the Rancho Cucamonga Jiffylube was terrific. Sarah the technician automatically applied a 15$ coupon that reduced an already reasonable price for a full synthetic oil change. She was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, thorough & professional. The Jiffylube team did the job perfectly and got it done efficiently and had me back on the road in a jiffy. I highly recommend taking your car to the Rancho Cucamonga Jiffylube on Foothill the next time you're in need of automotive assistance at reasonable prices, done efficiently and in a jiffy
