Every person I interacted with was very friendly and professional, and the oil change was very quick. Definitely a good team working there. According to my paperwork the gentlemen who worked on my truck were. Tanner V. Richard G. Chris C. Natone M. They advised me on a few things that needed attention and gave me the option of having them taken care of while I was there. I was also asked if I would like to get a tire rotation in addition to the oil change. I hope I get the same people when I return for my next oil change. Great job guys.

Great customer service

This place has top-notch service! Blake and Tanner definitely went completely above and beyond to help me with a battery issue on my MDX. Not only did they make sure I made it safely to their location after my battery failed, they were able to replace it with a new one in about 15 minutes. They explained some battery options and helped me decide on the right fit for my car. Pricing was upfront and I was given a post-service walkthrough explaining their work. I feel confident in this team’s abilities and I look forward to utilizing their efficient, trustworthy service in the future. Thank you!! ~Anthony

I've been going to this Jiffy Lube for at least 20 years. They are always friendly & professional. I usually wait no longer then 20 to 30 minutes from the time I arrive. No pressure to get extra work done & I appreciate their top off & tire pressure services after the oil change. Plus there's usually a $35 off coupon on their website!

I arrived right before Jiffy Lube closed and was was treated wonderfully, not frustration that Inarriced so late. I was cared for a timely fashion. All my questions were addressed. Tanner. My service representative took the time to go through my inspection at the end and noted that my coolant was not filled all the way and took the time to fill up the rest of the way. a very positive experience overall and I would definitely go back to that location

Staff was great they let me explain what I would like done. Then when they came to show me my cabin filter ( which I already requested to be changed) I asked to check my coolant and washer fluid it seemed ok until my car was pulled out then the rush began the back and forth but over all fast and pleasant for the most part. Sometimes 1 can change your overall experience but I will still give this Jifgy Lube 5 starts.

Super fast service done by a team of very friendly and attentive mechanics! They went above and beyond to make the service as positive as an oil change can be, every worker I spoke to was kind and patient with my questions. The work was done professionally and properly and they showed us the work completed as well as some helpful recommendations for maintenance. Awesome customer service!

The best service I have ever had on any vehicle I’ve ever owned. Hands down. Professional, efficient and communicative. Every step of the way I was informed and involved in the care of my car. They didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of stuff my car didn’t need, actually, although the car has over 120,000 miles on it. No scare tactics were used about service I didn’t need, they complimented my car and its condition and made me feel great about the longevity the engine still has. Keep up the maintenance, and you’ll have a car a long time. As a woman I hate going to get the car serviced, I have dealt with bullying, high pressure sales and substandard service. This place has all the right things going for it, other car maintenance companies should model themselves after this small service station off of Zinfandel. From start to finish, the lost art of customer service is not lost on them, it thrives.

I started patronizing Jiffy Lube cause my Kia dealer constantly lied and sold me things I didn’t need to generate sales. Every time I have my car serviced, the team on Zinfandel treat me with respect and dignity. They never try to hustle me. That means a lot. I leave satisfied, knowing my car is in good’s hands and that my children are dosage when we are driving on the road. Great job, Team Zinfandel! You have a loyal customer!

Phenomenal customer service and a very honest group. They do not try to up charge you and sell you a bunch of pointless stuff. They are honest about whether or not you should replace something or if you can wait until later. Service was done promptly and earnestly. I would come all the way to this location compared to the other Jiffy Lube locations

So I had a flat across the street at ampm and I was just going to swap out my spare my lug nuts were too tight and I was breaking my tire tool the nice gentleman at the shop swap out my tire for me didn't charge me nothing I got to give them an a+ for customer service and just doing their part to be helpful thank you guys very much and jack for swapping the tire in the sun I appreciate him very much

Superb performance

Spoke with Furmin when I checked in and he was very professional and courteous. All throughout the process of my visit, he explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. He is a great front man to have at the front desk. I would recommend checking with this establishment for car repair needs.

Been here before and I keep coming back due to the great customer service and great deals. The gentleman that helped me was very informative and great customer service I took my daughter as well. She was impressed

Great team, kind, happy, knowledgeable, informative, outstanding!!!

The technician at the front counter was amazing!! I had been having an issue with a rattle for 2 years that I along with the shop suddenly couldn’t replicate. The tech replaced the belt which would have likely been the cause, analyzed it for cracks (which it had) and quickly replaced it. No more sound and i was given the reassurance that if the problem came back, they would diagnose free of charge. Amazing service that i will be telling people about at Jiffy Lube!!

Simple and efficient visit to Jiffy Lube. Staff were professional, and the service was done without any delays.

Definitely recommend this place if you have any car problems. Everybody are so nice there and take care of you really fast. They have really great knowledge about finding problems in your car and super fair in pricing. Fermin is also great, he is a guy that I go to, but they are all great.
