My husband and I both love the service we get at the Jiffy Lube on Zinfandel and Olsen. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes just like their sign says I was treated with an abundance of courtesy and just plain niceness. I can't say enough about the service I received at that Jiffy Lube. I will definitely go back again.

Great service everyone works hard. Just need to slow down and ask do you want the problems we found fixed today. I had to ask the to replace the back light and another item they found- each time having to go back in and add the additional cost sit back in my seat then go back up and pay 2nd then third time. I assumed they would fix all things found since the reason for my visit was a check before heading up to South Lake Tahoe. That’s the only reason this is not a 4 star ?? Great job

Every person I interacted with was very friendly and professional, and the oil change was very quick. Definitely a good team working there. According to my paperwork the gentlemen who worked on my truck were. Tanner V. Richard G. Chris C. Natone M. They advised me on a few things that needed attention and gave me the option of having them taken care of while I was there. I was also asked if I would like to get a tire rotation in addition to the oil change. I hope I get the same people when I return for my next oil change. Great job guys.

Great customer service

This place has top-notch service! Blake and Tanner definitely went completely above and beyond to help me with a battery issue on my MDX. Not only did they make sure I made it safely to their location after my battery failed, they were able to replace it with a new one in about 15 minutes. They explained some battery options and helped me decide on the right fit for my car. Pricing was upfront and I was given a post-service walkthrough explaining their work. Had a service concern about previous work (put off the inquiry for a looong time) and the manager Justin called me right away and explained everything and even offered to have the services done again and offered remedies to solving other issues present with my concerns.
