I am so impressed By the store on Main Street in Ramona Store #3777. The facility was so clean and organized. Everything looked put away in its proper place. All of the technicians were well dressed well groomed they were all very polite and it wasn’t a false polite like I’ve seen before. It was genuine. They also were very knowledgeable about all the services. I was there for an oil change and to fix my broken piece from where the water comes out to wash the windshield. Roberto will order that part for me and call me later and we will set up an appointment to get it fixed. Roberto was right on top of it. I am very thankful for him. Reyes Was the first person I talked to as I was in the shop very pleasant man well spoken very knowledgeable very sincere. We had a talk about our dogs and I definitely will be back Aly Was super helpful in me getting the information that I needed and she was very pleasant. Well spoken. Brian, my Mechanic for the day got me In And Out speedly. I appreciate the whole entire staff, and I definitely will be telling others to head their way to get their oil changed and all the other features that I seen on the website and how much of a great experience I had. Thank you to Roberto, Reyes, Brian, and Aly. All of you areSuper Duper people and I very much appreciate you all. Stay blessed and always have a great days. Wonderful days.
