Went in for an oil change at 7 was out of there by 7:20! Great service.

Checked fluids, added air to the tires, washed the windows and mirrors, battery a little low. Found coupon on line. Stayed in car the entire time. Showed me the dipstick. Very friendly. Make Every Day Count!

Great experience. Service was friendly and fast. Came in on a hot day. Johnny let us know there were three cars ahead of us and welcomed us to wait inside where there was AC and cool water. Johnny explained everything clearly before service started. Once everything was done, Taylor showed me my oil level and went over what was done and what they noted, like my cracked windshield. A rock hit it two day earlier and I was looking into where I could get it replaced. Taylor was kind enough to recommend a place nearby with reasonable prices. The whole experience took about 30 minutes! Services were performed by Taylor, Juan, Ethan, & Thomas!

I brought my car in for an oil change at Jiffy Lube in Pomona (Store #1200), and I had a great experience! Taylor was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my vehicle’s needs in detail. She even surprised me with a $15 off coupon, which was greatly appreciated! The waiting room was nice and cool, which was a huge plus during this heat wave. Everyone on the Jiffy Lube team was friendly, greeted me with a smile, and provided excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service. Thank you for such a great experience! ??

Communicated that they were short-staffed and that the wait would be longer than normal. Everyone I talked to while waiting was friendly despite this and despite the hot weather. Excellent customer service by everyone and the agm is super friendly and personable. Will be back when needed and will recommend this location to others

Recently had an oil change here and they were fast and good. They also do other services here like engine flush and uber inspections.

The Mgr, Leo & his assistant Johnny and Jordan were very professional, down to earth, friendly & THEY JUST CARED. ?? We're Seniors & they all treated us with great respect. We need more like them!??

The job manager was very convincing and knows people and how to talk to him and didn’t have to talk me into it because he had a style and an understanding what he was doing unexpected for such places and I apologize for that and it’s not your fault. it just happens that many people don’t have their hoop together. This man does forgive me and missing his name.
