Even with great service, I rarely give reviews but this time I had to make an exception. Carlos was amazing! I came to Jiffy Lube for an oil change after coming from another location that couldn’t help me. Carlos took the time to review my car, showed me where to look in the future if I ever wanted to know whether my oil was low, etc. Thank you, Jiffy Lube, and thank you Carlos!

100% would recommend. Adan helped me from the jump and made it so quick, Tony thoroughly checked everything and found that my back light was off and air filter needed replacement. Carlos helped out as well and Oscar did an amazing oil change. Big ups and appreciation! Definitely recommend

I have several options for where to get my car serviced, but every time I've been here, everyone has been extremely polite and respectful. Carlos went above and beyond with his service, and the entire team has always been respectful during my visits.

Love these guys... yes, it is a corporate entity, but the people working here have been there for years. It's a great quiet location with a beautiful view of Pasadena city College.

I've walked into this location a few times now for different services (oil change, inspection), and have been more than satisfied each time. This time it was Carlos helping me out and he took great care of me. Got me in and out quickly with very professional and courteous customer service.

This is a solid place to get an oil change. The staff was very courteous and accosting with no pressure at all. Thanks to Wyatt and Tony, I was in and out with in 30 minutes. They filled up my tires and even my spare. The lobby is descent and there’s free water. I’ll definitely come back to do my oil changes here.

I'm always nervous to get my oil changed but the guys here were really nice! It was also a location where you don't have to get out of your car, they do the oil change super quick. Definitely would recommend!
