I went in for an oil change the other day and I was very pleased with the team and the services provided. I was really in and out in a JIFFY! Jesus was the person helping me lose my services. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with explaining the status of my vehicle. Will definitely come back again.

Jesus and Rodolfo did a great job on my oil change. My oil change was a bit of a wait due to a battery replacement from the customer in front of me, but they communicated well throughout the process. They even suggested coupons for me to use for the service, which is always appreciated.

Popped in on a dreadfully slow Saturday, a couple of hours before closing. Jesus and Nobert were in a great frame of mind and greeted me warmly while instructing me to pull into the work bay. J got my info and informed me of the price before even beginning the job, insuring I had full knowledge of what was to be done. With in minutes, work was started, with N under the car and J under the hood. Their work was well coordinated and thorough. J checked the air filter and battery, changed the oil, topped off the coolant and checked the pressure of the tires, making sure they were properly filled, while N changed the oil filter and made sure all was good under the car in the places I can't see. The whole experience felt like a NASCAR pit stop, as we never left the car. After all was done, J took my credit card for payment, pointed out a courtesy discount he included and reset my dash sensor instinctively. All in all, it was the best 15 minutes of auto service I have ever received. Many thanks to Jesus, Nobert and Jiffy Lube! Our other vehicle is due for a change and I know where I'll be having it done. I hope everybody who visits has the same results I did. 10/10!

Zeus is the reason why I come to this location specifically. He takes good care of my car because he actually cares and overall is a great guy! Definitely recommend coming to the Palm desert Location and ask for Zeus.
