This location is super quick and efficient.

I’m always ready for the run-a-round. You know, “It’s going to cost you hundreds, we will have to wait to get the part, the problem is much bigger than we expected” All that arrogant blab you usually get when you have to bring your car in. But, no, not at my neighborhood Jiffy Lube in Palm Desert. Shockingly I received polite, respectful, fast, and reasonably priced service for my repairs. Jiffy Lube does much more than oil changes and fluid checks- Their mechanics can do it all and I highly recommend them ??

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube on Washington Street in Palm Desert, The staff on site were very attentive and friendly and I especially want to recognize Matt for going above and beyond. Matt was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what my vehicle needed without ever making me feel pressured. His expertise and attention to detail really stood out, but what impressed me most was his customer service. He was friendly, courteous, and clearly takes pride in taking care of customers. It’s not often that you encounter someone who combines technical knowledge with such outstanding people skills. Matt is a true asset to this location and made what could have been a routine service visit an exceptionally positive experience. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube, and if you visit, be sure to ask for Matt. Five stars all around!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the 29 Palms Jiffy Lube thanks to Greg and Josh! Not only did they take care of my oil change super fast, but they went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was completely good to go. They checked all my lights, checked the tire pressure, and inspected everything with great attention to detail. On top of their top-notch service, both Greg and Josh were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Outstanding customer service—I’ll definitely be back!

Team lead Morgan, and Chris and Josh (upper and lower bays) did a great job. Professional and quick.

The employees treated me like royalty. Even went out of their way to explain what I needed for my car. Morgan was so kind. Joshua gave a follow up call, and Chris got me water for my dog. For a place that changes oil, who would’ve thought that the employees would care so much for a woman, who just stopped in? 5 star employees.

The staff here was very friendly, respectful, and quickly fixed what I needed to be fixed. They didn’t try to upsell me on any extras and just listened to my concerns and fixed my issue!

always kind, helpful and will answer questions, and speedy to get you fixed up and on your way. Alex, Alejandro, and Gregory (just to name the employees I remember) are really kind and give great advice!

One of my favorite places to get an oil change is now even better because they offer oil changes on Sunday, which is very convenient for everyone. The interaction has always been perfect with CSA Raymond and his crew, who were phenomenal, including both the lower bay and upper bay mechanics, Kim and Semaj.

Excellent service. Super impressed with their willingness to service our car when we called 20 minutes prior to closing and arrived 15 minutes before close. They were fast and friendly.
