I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today around 5:30 PM. The three guys working were the best — super friendly, professional, and efficient. They made the whole process quick and easy and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Really appreciated their excellent customer service and hard work. I’ll definitely be coming back!

They always have my liquid Molly in stock but have to special order my wix filter for my Mercedes Gle but the wait for the filter was only 5-10 mins longer but in my opinion that filter is worth the wait! I’ve been coming to this location for years now and they are always professional and keep my car running great!! That’s again team Watt an elkhorn!!!

I was in and out within 15 min. They stayed in communication with me thru out the process. Didn’t try to over sell their services I was more than happy. I’ll be going there for the foreseeable future.

I assure you, this is a fantastic place—there’s even a Walmart right nearby. I had booked an appointment for an oil change, which also included replacing the air and oil filters; however, it turned out they didn't have the specific air filter I needed in stock. I certainly didn't regret going to Jiffy Lube instead to get everything done; they have everything you could possibly need. Plus, they take walk-ins immediately—no appointment required—and the staff are excellent: understanding and friendly. It was such a pleasant experience that I actually look forward to going back. The waiting area is great, too—if it’s hot outside, the air conditioning is always running, and there’s a water cooler available. In short, give them a try—you won't regret your choice!
