Great crew working there now. The woman (forget her name) gave excellent customer service.

Went with my dad to do my oil change today and the process was quick and easy. They’re the first place that actually let you sit in your car while they work on it. If not, they also have a nice, air conditioned waiting area. Everyone that worked there were friendly and knowledgeable and the prices were reasonable. I would recommend it.

They were absolutely great! Only issue I had was that they DON’T take CASH!! Everything was smooth, got a synthetic oil change & their pit crew energy was amazing to watch from the waiting area.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient while changing my oil and air filter. They also took the time to let me know that my front turn signal bulbs were out, which I really appreciated because it helped me address a safety issue I wasn’t aware of. They were honest, thorough, and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone looking for reliable vehicle maintenance

Everybody was great, very friendly and professional. Oil change was completed in less than 15 minutes. Alexis especially was super nice and full of knowledge. I think she deserves a raise.

My Lyft inspection went well and people working there did great service chasing my air filters in my air-conditioning and my oil very good company. I recommend this place.

Arrived mid afternoon and was lucky to have only one vehicle ahead of me. The crew working are the best. I requested an oil change, air filter change as well. They found a brake light out too. In short order work was completed on my truck. Friendly, efficient and professional.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today around 5:30 PM. The three guys working were the best — super friendly, professional, and efficient. They made the whole process quick and easy and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Really appreciated their excellent customer service and hard work. I’ll definitely be coming back!

They always have my liquid Molly in stock but have to special order my wix filter for my Mercedes Gle but the wait for the filter was only 5-10 mins longer but in my opinion that filter is worth the wait! I’ve been coming to this location for years now and they are always professional and keep my car running great!! That’s again team Watt an elkhorn!!!
