price and services came out to be more but they are efficient, and friendly. small waiting room but polite staff, and food, stores nearby. they explain charges beforehand. quick service.

I take my cars here for oil changes and basic maintenance. They get the steering wheel and shifter a bit dirty….because they’re always working! They know what the heck they’re doing. Not sure about other branches, but the guys at the eastern MoVal location know what’s up.

The two gentlemen that help me out gave me an oil change. But I was have transmission problems (we originally went Auto Zone on Eucalyptus, but the two men that were suppose to help us there were being lazy and didn't do their job, wouldn't recommend Auto Zone read your transmission) and needed a reader to find out what was the problem. They were willing to tell me what problem was and next day we went to Firestone and got it fixed and a few days later the transmission was fixed. Thank you for helping me and I would tell anyone to go to the Jiffy Lube on Heacock, they are worth it.
