CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOUTOUT! I came in today for something as simple as an oil change and air filter, but what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with great attitudes, friendly service, and genuine professionalism. Everyone was helpful, the service was quick. It’s honestly refreshing to experience quick, reliable service with people who actually care about their customers. Sometimes it’s the little things — a friendly attitude, being helpful, communicating clearly, and respecting someone’s time — that make a huge difference. I love this location,the manager Joseph has always given us the absolute best service and we always leave feeling like we were treated like family. As a female I’m always worried that they will take advantage of me but here I feel soo comfortable and confident that they are looking out for my best interest. The Jiffy Lube in Montclair is great. I had an amazing experience. All the staff were super friendly. The assistant manager, Miika was especially kind, and she helped me out a lot while I was there. I got an oil change, my air filters cleaned, and they put coolant in my car. They were super quick too, I was in and out within 30 minutes. Overall great experience with a very reasonable price!

I needed a tire replaced urgently before work, I explained my situation and that I was worried about running late, just expecting the installation and that was it, but Joseph and his team went above and beyond with a job done quickly, and efficiently with excellent customer service, in only 20 minutes! 10/10 and will always return here!
