First time using Jiffy lube, I am very impressed. Price was right, services were complete and the timing was perfect as I went next door for a quick bite while the Jiffy lube team members did their magic and when I returned, my van was completed and waiting for me locked and secure.

The staff and service here were great! Juan S. was patient and answered all of my questions when I needed a brake pad replacement. The parts had to be delivered and he kept me in the loop and gave me time estimates so I knew what to expect. I definitely recommend this location!

This was my second visit for oil service. Inquired about replacing rotors/brake pads and Ascari offered to check them out. Informed me the pads still had about 30% left so we arranged to have him replace them on my next oil service visit. Service is excellent! Thank you, Jeff G.

I took away long time for the oil change get done, but they were able to do the oil change on a 350 diesel with full synthetic so just saying. All in all it’s probably a less wait time than most places and there’s plenty to do as you can see in the shopping center to kill time while you’re waiting.

I have been having all my vehicles serviced at Jiffy Lube for many years; the employees are courteous and knowledgeable. Ascari always goes above and beyond to explain the work and what might be coming up as far as maintenance. I can trust that my car is well taken care of.

Jiffy Lube gets the job done. I went to get 3 oil change for 3 different cars, and for each car they gave me a coupon off, and if they don't, just look on the Jiffy Lube website and they might have coupons for $15 off on an oil change. Also the oil changes are like $70 for my Infinity QX80, where as at the Infinity dealer it's $140. HALF OFF! I saved $70 just for going to Jiffy Lube.

They were very quick and I can't explain how nice they were! I felt comfortable as there was no judgement about me not knowing much about my own car. Will definitely come back

I keep returning to this location because the gentlemen that work there care, are friendly and professional, knowledgeable, and do a great job. They don't try to oversell and have your back by recommending only what needs to be done.

The Mission Viejo location has the best service. Techs are honest and go above and beyond to help and help give you the best service on your car.
