Always excellent help. The service guy that showed me my fluids was very friendly and helpful and the big guy that showed me my Air Filter. Always great customer service and a friendly attitude. That's why I always come to this specific Jiffy Lube.

I had a good experience at Jiffy Lube. A full synthetic oil change cost me $112. They checked all the basic fluids and components, showed me what they inspected, and explained anything that needed attention. The service was straightforward, and I was in and out pretty quickly. They also have coupons and promotions available. I was able to get $35 off my service today, which helped bring the cost down. You can usually find better pricing at a local independent mechanic, but if you’re looking for convenience, transparency, and a fast oil change, Jiffy Lube is a solid option.

The whole process was smooth and pretty quick. I was happy with what i paid for. Customer service was lacking though. I would like to get my service done without feeling like I'm an annoyance to someone's day ...but the important part was done well. You guys spelled my name wrong too... its HEIDI... not Hedi.

The team did good work, explained everything clearly, and offered services that made sense. I appreciated that they were open on Sunday when it worked for my schedule. Would recommend!

Quick and honest

Jiffy Lube and Marysville did an amazing job today on my car. Great customer service and they even honored a coupon that I didn't bring with me. I will be back.

Did a good job fast everybody was very courteous. There was a woman sitting in the waiting room when the technician came in and with her filters Air filter and cabin and told her they both looked really good and they didn’t need to be replaced. Also in the technician that was helping me came in with filters and cabin filter. He stated the air filter could be replaced, but the cabin filter didn’t need to be I had him replaced the air filter, but I replaced the cabin filter a little over a month ago so they’re honest and I really appreciate that.

I drive a VW so I need a “European” oil change. The Jiffy Lube folks were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, got me in and out of there in about 15 minutes and the price was very reasonable. Top marks for these guys!

These employees knocked it out of the park. Elizabeth was efficient and prompt, getting us in and out with all the needed information. Titus was sharp, kind and informative, providing an EXCELLENT example of what quality customer care looks like. I live in Sacramento, but was passing through to go on a hike in Oroville. Next time I need an oil change, I will be making the trip from Sacramento just for the quality service I received at Jiffy Lube on E street.

Great service at Jiffy Lube! The young men working there were very polite, professional, and thorough. They provided quick service without cutting corners and made the whole experience easy. Prices are a little high, but honestly, what isn’t these days? Overall, I highly recommend them and will definitely be back.
