I would recommend after an oil service that you guys at least take break cleaner and clean up underneath so that way when we go park our vehicles at home a bunch of oil does not drip all over the driveway making it look like there’s a fat leak

I always come to jiffy lube bc their customer service is always awesome!!! The gentleman that was helping made sure he was able to use any coupons that was available I told him I’m on a very fixed budget. And was very understanding! And this is exactly why I will always come here for all my vehicle needs! I have been taking it here since my mom bought the van new in 2012! She has since passed and is now mine.

There is no debate. These folks who worked in the shop are so professional. They all get along so well, communicate quickly, do the job, provide stellar customer service, and will have you out of services in minutes. Each one of these folks I know can open their own shop and do the same. 100 out of 10 stars

Service was fast and since I sat in my truck during the service I was able to observe what was going on. I was a little nervous because of some of the negative reviews but for me everything was ok. Now the real test will be when I bring my wife vehicle

First off i am very bad with getting my regularly scheduled oil changes but when i do i go to Jiffy Lube and I have never had a bad experience here! All employees I had work on my car were communicative and above all quick. Also if you wanna save some $$$ look up a coupon or ask an associate what they can help with Now simply i would consider once the back lot is piled up with cars they may take awhile but your next local jiffy lube is in Tracy, Ca and also is great but not as great as the one in Manteca!!
