I suggest that the techs lead with the option to get a standard oil replacement than to lead with the more expensive packages.

Helpful - came for a simple oil change and it went well. They told me what they recommended but were also very transparent with me on what I could likely do myself/they didn’t try to convince me of anything I was uncertain of, which was nice.
