Helpful service

Super courteous, quick and I didn't feel the typical pressure of the upsell. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. A little tricky to get to because of the side street cut out if you're not familiar with the area. I will definitely keep them on my radar for future needs.

I highly recommend Rigo and Job. I pulled into their shop right off the highway because my front suspension was making a concerning noise, and I was worried something was seriously wrong. They quickly diagnosed the problem and discovered that my struts had been installed incorrectly by another mechanic. They explained what was wrong, fixed it properly, and had me safely back on the road. They were honest, knowledgeable, efficient, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. It's a great feeling to find mechanics you can trust. Thank you, Rigo and Job, for your excellent work and for giving me peace of mind!

Wow! End of a very long and hot day. Driving home, thinking I'd stop at Jiffy Lube for an oil top off. I'm expecting, service. Sometime. Before sunset. The usual at most places. Oh man! Not only, someone at my window, asking what was needed. But, now hang on... SERVICE with a....SMILE!!! Hey, Fernando, that made my day.. Fernando was fast and efficient. And he went that extra mile. Yes, wearing those lytex gloves... A towel covering front of car, just in case. Wow. Plus, he showed me the dip stick, before and after. Checked the other fluids, too. Service, is everything. And, Fernando, thx. Hoping you get more then a hearty hand shake and 10 extra minutes for lunch. Seriously, Thank you, Fernando. And, thank you, Jiffy Lube, for caring enough for your customers and hiring such knowledgeable and caring technicians. Another totally satisfied customer

They did a great job helping me out in an emergency. I had low coolant so had to pull off the freeway. They refilled me and got me back on the road!

Jiffy Lube off I -405 and Sepulvida rght off the freeway. Easy access, quick service. Brian ,customer service advisor, extremely knowledgeable, & helpful. I came in with a vehicle emergency at Closing time and went Out of his way to Analyze and Fix my issues. I highly recomend This Jiffy Lube location for there Outstanding and Expert Service even on a Sunday!

Brought my car in within 1 hour of closing because Kia Santa Monica screwed up closing my engine oil. They were very nice in fixing the issue in 5 minutes and giving my documentation to go yell at the dealership about. Would definitely come back for unexpected issues again

Last week I came at the last minute as they were closing but the fellas was nice enough to help me out with service to my vehicle. They were professional and very informative when it came to my issue with my car. They doublechecked everything and even cleaned out the back seat of my car out of love(it wasn’t much but still).
