My second oil change here. Service is always top notch here. Everyone is always really helpful and kind. Mohammed has such a good work ethic as does all the other gentlemen. I love that nothing is pushed on you when it's not needed.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences when I’ve taken my car to the La Brea location in Hollywood. David is my go to person- ask for him!! He’s extremely fast when he’s dealing with diagnostics and he never makes you wait. Recently I needed a part installed in my car and even on an unusually hot and busy Sunday morning David quickly took care of the issue. Most of all David is honest and that’s what makes a customer loyal. The cost for the service was absolutely affordable and that’s why I’ll never go to another location.

I’ve been going to this location for many many years now. The current staff there is incredible and wildly knowledgeable around automotive beyond their scope. My father worked for the bureau of auto repair for 25+ years and I’m sure he would very please this location!

Experience Jiffy Lube is always been a good experience and just recently they took care of my vehicle. We’re very polite and answered any questions that I had. I recommend anyone to come to the Jiffy Lube here in Hollywood off of La Brea.

The brakes and rotors needed replacing but there were some issues with the car so they were so kind and stayed an hour and a half past closing to finish.

So far so good! I have trusted Jiffy Lube on several vehicles in several states. Every experience was great but this one was exceptional. Muhammad was very concise and answered every question I had. Made me feel good and so this will be my go to while in Hollywood.

The employees were very nice, and respectful. I have no complaints about the service I received.

I’ve been by on a couple of occasions where they have helped me out and charged me nothing simply because I have been there before for oil changes. Beyond old school. Super nice and super helpful people. More than happy to leave them a great review.

I have always taken my car to jiffy lube. They are fast in changing my oil and filter. Staff are friendly and I will always take my car to them.
