Great experience, dealt with Numeiah on August 22nd at 7:27am super early and he was very professional and helpful. Been looking for a new oil change spot since I just moved to the area of rossmoor but finally found it. Appreciate the team here

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend their service!

The guys who work here are top notch! I called as I was in my way to check if they had a wait time and they said they’d be able to get working on my car right away. They helped get my car in tip top shape for my trip tomorrow. When they brought it down from the lift my battery finally called it quits. (I should’ve replaced it a few weeks ago, so I was already living dangerously) But J and his coworkers helped me replace the battery in less then 10 mins and saved me! Everyone was very professional, hardworking and showed me hands on what they recommended be done. 10/10 for sure. J and the gentleman with braces (sorry I don’t remember your name) are the 2 I worked with and I definitely will be back to see them again! Keep up the great work and customer service!

Always great service. Someone greets you right away even if it is not the person that will be assisting you. They communicate along the way and are able to give an accurate time of completion. So helpful since I am always squeezing in an oil change on my lunch break!! They definitely have their customer service dialed in!!

On Memorial Day Jiffy Lube was open. As soon as I arrive at the facility, I was greeted by Dave. He’s very polite and provides good customer service. Within two minutes, my car was serviced by three different repairman and within 30 minutes I was able to have new full synthetic Mobile 1, new cabin filter, tire rotation, and fluid filled up. Kudos Dave and all the service men

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was helped as soon as I got there. The entire experience was quick and everyone was courteous and attentive. This is my second time coming to this location and will be recommending it to family and friends.
