Quality service and professionalism. Came in for a quick oil change. In and out under 15 minutes. They even vacuumed the floor mats, washed the windows and aired up the tires. Highly recommend this place and will be my go-to for future service. ??

Amazing service.. I actually came to Jiffy Lube this morning with my own oil and filter unfortunately the filter was wrong and without any hesitation they ran over to replace the filter and get the correct one... it's hard to find that kind of service anymore Jiffy Lube gets five stars...

The best customer service I've ever received. Literally service with a smile. My car was low on oil, but I needed to go back to my original mechanic. To get it replaced, they offer to put more oil in the car as suggested that I go and get it done as soon as possible. They could have tried it and charge me even more money for something that was not their fault. I appreciate the honesty. There's not too many honest mechanics.Especially when it comes to women. Thank you

Great Service Great Customer service

I got my oil changed a couple of months ago. Everything is fine. I went in today to get a tire checked. It was just a little low. They checked all of the tires, and didn't charge for it. The gentleman wouldn't even take a tip. That kind of service builds loyalty.

I've been coming here for about two years and I'm always satisfied with the level of service i recieve. The employees are friendly and not overly pushy. I'd recommend others to come and get their car serviced here :) Karla is super nice and GOATED (Greatest of all Time)

Assistant manager Karla was EXTREMELY helpful. She answered all of my questions throughly and was super knowledgeable. She definitely deserves a raise/promotion!

The Jiffy Lube located at 525 E Pacific Coast Highway, Long Beach, CA 90806 is one of the best that I've ever been to. The employees work hard to facilitate a welcoming atmosphere for guests, the mechanics do an exceptional job breaking down any issues one might be experiencing with their vehicle, and they offer customers a number of discounts and promotions for more expensive work. Joanna is especially great because she's patient and very knowledgable about her line of work. This goes a long way for people who might not be particularly well-versed when it comes to cars. Chris was also great, since he took the time to give me a more in-depth understanding of what was wrong with my vehicle's transmission. If you need an oil change or new battery, this Jiffy Lube is a great place to get the necessary work done on your vehicle.

Just had a great experience with I believe his name was Josue. Honest and informative, wish more locations were like this. Will be using this spot exclusively because of his service.

Fui por un cambio de aceite todo iba bien hasta el final hubo 7n "accidente" y se quebro la balloneta para medir el aceite y el manager me lo dijo y tambien me dijo que habia sido un accidente lo entiendo pero me dijo que YO tenia que ir al dealer para comprar la pieza y luego regresar al lugar para hacerme el reembloso cuando a mi parecer El es quien tenia que hacerce cargo de ordenarla y avisarme cuando ya la tuviera y no yo andar llendo a ordenar la pieza y regresar a que me la pagaran pero les doy credito porque fue un accidente y el servicio que me dieron en mi carro fue muy bueno y rapido y estoy consiente de que los accidentes pasan y si voy a volver porque el servicio es rapido y amable

The service from Ali and staff was quick and professional. The manager even picked up a part that I needed in order to complete the job. I will return and I highly recommend this location. Also, the price was very affordable and within my budget.

I cannot stress how amazing and great of a job these people do at this location. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the names of the employees but as I am writing this today, the workers there today that attended me where nothing short of greatness.
