Best Jiffy Lube service I’ve ever received. No cap. Got a full tune up and they took their time and serviced my car completely. No rush, no extra selling just straight to the point service.

It’s Hard to find a reliable and honest oil change place that’s close to your residence. This location for me is my go to. So far I’ve only done oil changes but won’t hesitate to take it there for other services. Keep up the good work and professionalism.

I went ti jiffy for and oil change. They should me a few things I needed to attend to which I had forgotten to do. They were very helpful to me. I will be going back there for now on.

Feedback on Outstanding Service at Jiffy Lube Hello Jiffy Lube, I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional service I received at your Bixby Knolls/Long Beach, California location. This was my second visit, and I must say, the service continues to improve. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by a helpful representative (I think the manager) who quickly retrieved my service history and informed me about additional services that Jiffy Lube now offers. I decided to add two of these services to my oil change, and they also checked the pressure of my front left tire. When I received my invoice, I noticed that it reflected the 15% discount from my email. After payment, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a car air freshener along with a 20% discount code for my next service. Jeff and the whole team were amazing-my oil pressure light went on and was beeping like crazy I drove right in just needed a top off fast honest friendly!

My oil light was on so stopped in to get it checked out, also my car barely started in the morning. The workers got my car in right away and noticed how they were all being very professional and making sure to check everything. They did an amazing job and I will definitely be going back!!!

They have good prices it’s my go to place when I need an oil change also very professional and straightforward not pushy trying to sell you thing you don’t need but when whenever they notice something wrong they show you exactly the problem or what’s broken and explain what’s best
