My experience at Jiffy Lube on Hwy 111 in La Quinta, California was outstanding. I came to Jiffy Lube for an oil and filter change, but I suspected that it would also be time to change the cabin filter and replace my windshield wiper blades. I had no idea that it was an option to sit in my car while it was being serviced, and I decided to try it out! I watched while Anthony headed up the team that did a thorough inspection of my car’s needs, explaining to me step-by-step, and asking permission, but not pressuring me before checking the next item. I saw the team do a very professional job of checking all the fluids in my car. I got to see as they accessed my air filter and my cabin air filter, and I could see that indeed they were very much in need of replacement. At each step, I was given an estimate of the price. They also threw in an extra quart of coolant for me. Throughout the process, the team was very professional and focused on doing a good job. Anthony was super respectful and communicated very effectively, and it was all taken care of quickly! I was really impressed with this team and I recommend this location of Jiffy Lube!

This La Quinta Jiffy has been my go-to spot for oil changes since I moved here. Anthony is great and has helped me a lot in the past. Jessie assisted me today - he talked me through the different levels of oil and why a thicker blend would benefit my 2008 model (lots of miles). They are quick and polite!

On Nov 19 my oil change was done at an Indio independent shop at a bargain price. I’ve noticed oil on my garage floor and said, I need to find a professional! Brought my car into Jiffy Lube, La Quinta today. Video showed a leak and a mess, oil everywhere. I was treated professionally and provide all the evidence to make an informed decision about my much needed service. I was in and out in a jiffy. I can now drive confidently knowing the service from Anthony and Jesse today was exceptional. I highly recommend this business.
