Very pleasant process; Carlos and his team were very thorough and gave me a $25 discount…..better than my $15 discount. A bit of a wait but I got there two hours prior to closing so rush hour but all good. Have coffee next time that’s all

Oil was changed on my vehicle a few weeks ago. I noticed oil in my driveway and the smell of burn off. Apparently associates were moving too fast and failed to check the gaskets and seals which also caused me to be low on oil. The associates were friendly and professional and addressed the issue, replenish the oil and checked other fluids. This location is extremely busy which is an indication that they offer great service. I'd suggest that they slow down to ensure customer's like myself don't have to return.

The technician was great. After a short wait the synthetic oil change was done. We tried to use a 25% off AAA discount but the cashier wouldn’t accept it. They gave us a 15% off discount instead.

This was my second visit to this location. The technicians and service advisor are professional, friendly, and competent. The communication through out the process was good. The value for the service provided is fair - quality and price.

The staff showed incredible professionalism and real warmth, making the environment feel welcoming and cozy. The facility was spotless, which added to the wonderful experience. They also suggested a filter replacement, handled it themselves, and I was truly pleased with the service.

This guy Martinez he was honest and he did point out a few things that I had wrong and I did ask him you know let me see those things so he showed me and oh shit I'm not going to lie he basically saved my ass a lot of money before I was going to regret go to the dealership and find out the hard way but the easy way is that the price was reasonable because I did order a few things on the checklist so what they did is that they did everything pretty good La Habra Imperial Highway that shop he seemed pretty honest and he wasn't going to cut me through the bullshit so I say him and his team did pretty good
