The guys at the Indio Jiffy Lube were fantastic! I had an oil change done at another local Jiffy Lube over the weekend, and unfortunately noticed oil leaking from my vehicle today, right before we were supposed to leave for a trip. We stopped at the Indio location, and Diego went above and beyond to make sure we could get back on the road with peace of mind. He was patient, professional, and took the time to explain what was causing the leak. He carefully checked the filter, verified the oil level, and made sure everything was properly addressed before sending us on our way. A huge thank you to Diego for taking such great care of us! His customer service and attention to detail really made a stressful situation so much easier.

I saw the staff keep close communication with all the guests in the lobby while I was there, and I appreciate how quick and easy the service was. I did think the oil change price was expensive, but that’s probably just due to the economy ?????

I love jiffy Lube Indio!! In and out quickly and everyone is so nice and helpful..

They had me in and out quickly and weren’t pushy with other services after I made it clear that I only wanted an oil change. I’m a mechanic as well but being 2500 miles from home and living in a hotel for the next few months means I don’t really the means to change it myself at the moment.

Adrián, Diego and their staff helped me solve a rough ride on my vehicle. They were kind and honest, finding solutions for the issue.

I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else but here .. oil and transmission fluid change, service is fast and staff great and every knowledge.. best place
