Mike at the Highland Ave location in Highland Park was very respectful, knowledgeable, and completely helpful. The entire staff worked very hard and fast.

I feel bad that I came in the last 15 minutes before their closing, but they were able to get me in and out within 10 minutes. Great service. Fast as well.

I’m not sure what happened when I pulled up but the younger black gentleman came up to me and just stared at me until I told him I’m here for an oil change. I had to I initiate the conversation. I’m not sure if he was bothered about it or not but other than that service was fast easy and offered other services.

All customer service representatives were professional, polite and the service was fast. Although the check list says my tires were checked, tranny fluid, wipers and window cleaner. I didn’t observe the work. Otherwise work was exceptional.
