I am a loyal customer at Jiffy Lube. I find the service is excellent. They work quickly and are very efficient. The staff are always professional pleasant and helpful. I am pleased with the I conductJiffy Lube. I will continue to get my car serviced there!

I came in for an oil change and the staff was very polite and fast. Everything was done in 15 minutes. Great staff and location!!

Fast and efficient oil change

Milli was great :) she was very thorough and happy to help me, even though I arrived 30 mins prior to closing.

Fast, Fair, and professional. Only thing is they recommend every 5,000 miles for oil services. You know damn well certain cars can go to 7500 to 10000. I like my pockets to stay full and not in yours.

Pleasant, greeted at car. Told what will happen, how they will do the job, how long it would take, demonstrated & showed the filters.

The gentleman who helped me was absolutely wonderful! I was worried about the noise from my car. He provided me with a thorough possible cause as well as follow up directions. Because of him, I will come back to Jiffy Lube!

The Jiffy Lube in Goleta was amazing on Christmas Eve when they changed out our wiper blades and did a quick check on the vehicle. They were very helpful, professional, and courteous. We will definitely go back.
