They made sure I understood what my car needed and took the time to answer all of my questions. The service was quick, efficient, and I felt like my car was in good hands. I really appreciate the excellent customer service from Luis and Alex. They are a great representation of Jiffy Lube, and that’s why I’m always coming back to this location. Highly recommend!

I came for an Uber/Lyft inspection. I called first to confirm and they assured me they even had the necessary form. (This means that I didn’t have to go find a printer and bring the form, yay!) When I arrived, I was greeted and had minimal wait time. The process was quick and easy. I was done in less than 15min! And since I’m already an Uber driver, the inspection fee was discounted. Double yay! I’ll be coming here for my next oil change ??.

I rolled into Jiffy Lube this morning and let me tell you—it was top-tier vibes from start to finish. I was greeted by not one, but two rockstar employees who handled my car like absolute pros. Honestly, I’ve always had great experiences at this spot—they clearly know their stuff and actually communicate (rare, I know). Bonus points: I got to chill in my car with my dog while they worked their magic, and the whole thing took only about 20 minutes. Oh, and that $21 coupon I applied? Chef's kiss. Saved money and got top-notch service. Oh, and can we talk about how clean this place is? Some restaurants in town could take notes. So, if you’re looking to treat your car (and yourself), hit up the Glendale Jiffy Lube. They’re crushing it.
