These young people are so polite. While getting my oil changed, they cleaned my front window and check my tires. I know at other places they do the same thing. It is their attitude… helpful young men. I don’t take for granted politeness and a good attitude. Thank you!

This shop was amazing from the moment I pulled in and the manager Chris greeted me with professionalism and understanding of my time constraints on my lunch break! I hate being a type of Customer that comes in and demands fast service, but I really had only about 30 minutes to get my oil changed and he was very understanding and tactful. All of the people who I came into contact with had great customer service skills from the person who changed my oil, to the customer service staff that helped (sierra) me and Chris the exceptional manager! Thanks again for getting me in and out with good service with a smile !

4.8 stars. I have been coming here for a few years. I have to say they have always been great however, my last two visits have been very exceptional. The team are attentive, providing updates while you wait and providing feedback throughout the visit. I would give 5 stars but I still have not experienced the 15 minute oil change, I don’t mind though. Keep it up ???????? 4.8 you’re doing great! Just ask the owner to remodel the reception area to reflect the experience.

I showed up at a decent time where they weren’t too busy but they weren’t too quiet! There was a car ahead of me but they were able to check me in and get me pulled in 10 minutes after I arrived. Took another 10-15 to do the service, I didn’t know it came with a complimentary comedy show! Those guys are goofballs but they know their stuff. I love the family friendly fun energy they got going on, inside and out. A great team with a great leader. I will see them again soon!!

I came in for my F-350 diesel truck oil change. They were recommended to me by Leland, and they were very friendly and efficient. They quickly greeted me, took care of my truck and even helped me figure out what my coolant additive was. Chris, Aaron, Sierra, Jose and Jeremy were all very helpful. They all treated me like family, and never made me feel stupid.

I have been going to the Jiffy Lube in Galt for about 3 years for my oil change. Every time I go the staff is so informative and very friendly. Especially today, 4/16/26. I feel like my car is on good hands.
