The service is very good. The staffing was very polite and very professional. They’ve been very positive suggestion and for that I appreciate it. No one was pushy. We just wore suggestive in a very positive way as a patron of establishment that would make you feel comfortable not to be pushy, but it be positive suggested. Thank you, Jennifer

I tried to get the same service done yesterday, but because of FIFA soccer, I decided not to wait. Came back today and there were two vehicles ahead of me, but I was not in a hurry. Greeted as soon as I got there. Gentleman took some minimal information and then escorting me into the building to where we finish paperwork. It seems like it was approximately 20 minutes before they got to my truck, which I think is a reasonable amount of time with people ahead of me. One thing I didn’t notice the employees did not just stand around, but everybody had something to do at all times. Seem pretty efficient use of getting the work done. Near the end of the service they brought out my air filter as well as my cabin filter. Quite frankly, I don’t think I’ve ever replaced my cabin filter. I was a little hesitant to get them both done, but the gentleman helping me punch some keys on the keyboard and the price came to within my budget wink wink. One of my main concerns was getting Filled To the correct air pressure. Before I left, they made sure by going around to each tire and filling them to the prescribed psi. It was sort of fun sitting looking at my dashboard gauges watching the air pressure in each tire change. The entire time I was there, they were all very cordial, polite, and once again efficient. I would definitely recommend this particular Jiffy Lube is this is not my first time and it’s always as good as the last time. Good service, good people, good price.

Imma give them 5-Star! I will wait ?? for EXCELLENT customer service/Customer Care. Right here. Don't come here with immediately plans to follow based on a set schedule. If so, come early morning ??. They really go all OUT! They treated me (woman) with respect and carefully.

The staff here was cool and legit. Would definitely recommend coming here and I will be coming back.

They greeted me before I even got to the front door, walked me through suggestions, and even cleaned my daughter’s windshield and vacuumed a bit inside for safety reasons. Absolutely recommend this place!

I recently went to this shop for my car work related to Lyft inspection, and I had a really great experience. There were two guys working there, and both of them were very professional and quick. As soon as the work was done, they came outside right away and handled everything without any delay. Unlike many other shops where you have to wait or look for someone while they stay busy on their phones, this place was completely different. They provided fast and efficient service without wasting any time. I truly appreciate their work and would definitely recommend everyone to give this shop a chance. Great employees and excellent service!
