Excellent Customer Service The staff went above n beyond with no gimmicks attached. I would highly recommend this location. This type of customer service is rarely found!

The guys were super nice and I was done in 20 minutes! They were also nice and checked that all my lights were working and my tire pressure was good. They offered me a new air filter and when I said no they were kind and accepting so I didn’t feel overly pressured. Best Jiffy Lube I’ve ever been to! (I only remember one name, Damien, but there were 3 really nice guys that helped me and they deserve a bonus! It was in the afternoon of 9/3)

Service was good it’s just that they deflated my tires to 34 when mine is supposed to be 35 (the tire light came on) and I had to refill them all which I had just done a few weeks ago

I went into jiffy lube, for a oil change. They was so friendly, my first car. So I really didn't know what I was doing. They walked me through it. And helped me get coupon.

Great service. And they are fast!

I tried to get the same service done yesterday, but because of FIFA soccer, I decided not to wait. Came back today and there were two vehicles ahead of me, but I was not in a hurry. Greeted as soon as I got there. Gentleman took some minimal information and then escorting me into the building to where we finish paperwork. It seems like it was approximately 20 minutes before they got to my truck, which I think is a reasonable amount of time with people ahead of me. One thing I didn’t notice the employees did not just stand around, but everybody had something to do at all times. Seem pretty efficient use of getting the work done. Near the end of the service they brought out my air filter as well as my cabin filter. Quite frankly, I don’t think I’ve ever replaced my cabin filter. I was a little hesitant to get them both done, but the gentleman helping me punch some keys on the keyboard and the price came to within my budget wink wink. One of my main concerns was getting Filled To the correct air pressure. Before I left, they made sure by going around to each tire and filling them to the prescribed psi. It was sort of fun sitting looking at my dashboard gauges watching the air pressure in each tire change. The entire time I was there, they were all very cordial, polite, and once again efficient. I would definitely recommend this particular Jiffy Lube is this is not my first time and it’s always as good as the last time. Good service, good people, good price.
