I had my oil and brake fluid changed, Stephanie and Frank explained everything they checked and or topped off on our car. Both were very kind.

I went to get my air conditioner recharged and the Manager Frankie told me it would take about an hour so I left the car went to the store came back in 45 minutes and the car was done. The AC blows very very cold and all the Staff seem to be very aware of incoming customers and very attentive to any questions that I had. . Also very upbeat, smiling, and it just felt like a very comfortable atmosphere. I wish all businesses would treat their customers as good as they made me feel. I found my Jiffy Lube. Thank you guys for all your help. It is highly appreciated. If I could give more than five stars, I would.. This store, my personal opinion is highly recommended.

I came in was greeted by friendly staff. I was walked to the clean and comfortable lobby while I waited for the coolant in my car to be replace. Took 20 minutes or less. 10/10
