I got my car serviced today at Jiffy Lube location in Fontana and it has been by far the best customer service I have experienced. Nadia and Jorge provided great customer service. They were very thorough; explained and answered all my questions. I’ve been to other locations and they don’t compare to your store ! Thank you and keep up the great work !!

They was very professional. Got the job done 20 minutes. Really appreciate it.

The waiting area was very hot but the the guy had someone adjust the vent then it felt alot better. Then when they were almost finished with the car they told me a small hose had broke while changing the spark plugs. They didn't charge me for it. I just had to wait a little longer for them to pick up the part and install it. It was worth the wait! I didn't have a clue how much it cost these days for automobile maintenance. It sure has gone up! But overall the boys did a good job and I will return again. Thank u.

The guys are great! There is a new procedure. You have to fill everything out on the app now. I don’t like that! I liked when the guys did all of that. I had to get my license plate number than I had to go and start the car again to see my mileage. Forget that next time I’m going to the dealer they do all that for you.

Elijah was especially helpful as he clearly explained the process for the services I needed, answered all of my questions, and even helped me add a coupon for my next service to my Apple Wallet. I’m extremely satisfied with my visit and the level of service I received. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this location!
