I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube today. The staff at this Jiffy Lube was super friendly, the waiting room was super clean and they even had snacks! I didn't have to wait long. They also answered questions that were unrelated to the oil change. Great place for an oil change!

Came in this morning for an oil change, and Steve along with another gentleman took great care of us. They were knowledgeable, professional, and provided amazing customer service from start to finish. Their positive attitude and genuine joy made our morning so much better. It's refreshing to be helped by people who truly care about their customers. Thank you both for the excellent experience—we'll definitely be back!

I know jiffy lube is not always the go-to. They've got a few bad stories tied to the brand, but, where good techs are you will find a good jiffy lube. I started trusting the brand a bit, after my brother was employed at one a few years back. This local sierra lakes JL, is my go-to when I'm too lazy. I don't trust the Honda Stealership, especially because they let the young punks joyride in my car. These guys are thorough, understanding, and do a prompt & clean oil service every time! Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

I came back here because the people here are so kind and helpful. I have anxiety so I greatly appreciate interacting with people who make these things feel less stressful. Very small things to some are meaningful to me and I respect all the employees here
